Payments

There are some services products we offer and must be paid for in advance. If you decide to use any of our paid services or buy any product, costs will be clearly displayed for you to review and agree upon, before purchasing.

Prices for products and services, as well as promotions, can be changed at any time and such changes may not come with prior notification.

We will never ask you for any of your personal or financial details via email, telephone, SMS text or other messaging services. If you receive this kind of fraudulent phishing mail, call or text pretending to be us, please contact us.

Refund

If you have changed your mind. Upon cancellation, full refund will be offered if you paid for a treatment in advance and it has not been commenced.

Gift Card refund: You may request a full refund for any unused gift card within14 days of the purchase.

No refund is offered for any used or expired gift cards.

Product refund: You may request a full refund for any unused product within 14 days of the date the item received.

Any approved refund will be made according to your original payment method, cash refund, if you paid in cash and card refund if you paid by card. Please note refund on card could take up to 7 days until the amount shows up on your statement.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Data submitted through the online booking or contact form is retained for 6 month for customer service reasons, but it is not used for marketing purposes.
